My students are always ready to try something new and because of that, I want to be a better teacher every day. Throughout the year I am teaching ten sections of STEM classes at four different grade levels in our middle school. My classes are STEM, Robotics, Digital Applications, and Pre-engineering design. I love all the unique learning that is happening. My classes have been filled with robotics, designing, planning, creating, building, critical thinking and so much more!
Design is a universal language where students can be as creative as they would like.
I want my students to be able to take design as far as they want to.
This spring I went and visited another STEM classroom and asked a lot of questions. This laser cutter would be a wonderful addition to our Fab Lab where students can freely design, create, and build. A laser cutter has been on our wish list for the past three years. I can't wait to see what my students could create with it.
Our school includes over sixty percent free or reduced-price lunch recipients. Together our community, parents, and staff work to get us everything we need. I am so grateful to have wonderful people like you also partnering with us to help get our students everything they so deserve.
