My Project
Transitional Kindergarten is fostering a world of confidence through various hands-on skills. The art materials will help strengthen their fine motor muscles. Being able to paint at easels will help challenge the brain by standing and creating as well as practicing large movement to support fine motor skills.
Students love to cut, glue, and design their own art creations.
With paper and glue students will learn how to cut on lines and even use their own artistic minds to create abstract art. Building fine motor skills in our TK classroom will support future writing and learning activities in older grades. The focusing skill of hand eye coordination in class will help with large hand eye coordination outside with the foam balls.
