This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have a special class consisting if students with disabilities who have been grouped together because of similar individual needs so that they can receive specially designed interaction. In my class, the content, methodology, or delivery of instruction is adapted to ensure the student has access to the general curriculum and the opportunity to meet the educational standards that apply to all students. My class serves students with disabilities whose needs cannot be met within a general education class, even with the use of supplementary aids and services.
My Project
Creative thinking is the ability to consider something in a new way. My students will be able to think in unmeasurable ways with these materials, create and come up with new solutions when presenting their work. My students will opportunities to express themselves through art and will use the paint dots and the finger stamps to produce work through a different lens. My students will have open-mindedness, problem-solving, and communication skills that will be fostered through their art abilities. My students will become innovators with new ideas that will immerse through their sense of art.
