My Project
My students are tying The Arts to STEM. Education is changing every single day, and so are the interest of my students. Students in my classroom enjoy tying creativity to math. I am working to build my classroom supplies so that students have the tools they need to incorporate creativity into their work. This is why I am ordering colored pencils and sharpies for their use.
Sometimes, students may disengage from math because they don't find it relatable to their lives, or they find the math to be boring.
Students who have the opportunity to be creative in math find class to be more engaging and enjoyable. For this reason, I am excited to start this project and help my students get materials that will help them with their creative endeavors.
