My Project

Our school encourages peaceful, positive, and productive behaviors. Incentives have a positive impact on a student's academic performance. They can also help to "boost" a student's confidence level and encourage hard work. Teaching a class that is not motivated or has disruptive behavior can be challenging, but positive incentives can create a motivating classroom environment.

The incentives will reward students who demonstrate peaceful, positive, and productive behaviors and work hard.

As a teacher, I try to encourage and give intrinsic and extrinsic incentives for a job well done in the classroom.

Students will be excited to do their best to earn prizes and incentives. Having incentives such as these craft kits will encourage my students to be peaceful, positive, and productive, as well as to participate more and try to be more engaged in lessons.
