Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project will help to promote creativity and hands on learning and fun in the art area. Each year we go through so many supplies, and these supplies are so important to promote their creative imagination.
These rolls of paper, paint, craft sticks, foam cubes, and markers will allow for art projects that are part of our Creative Curriculum to be completed by the children.
In addition, the art center will have what it needs to be a functional and creative center for the children. They love to create and build and explore with different materials. I teach a unit on building, and the popsicle sticks make for beautiful homes as well as the other supplies for accents. At this age these supplies are priceless as it allows them to create and build things that are amazing!
