My Project
Hello! The K-3rd grade students in my "Creative Expression" classroom are in need of new sensory and dramatic play toys! My class is a brand new special entering its second year which means I am still accumulating the materials we need. My focus for the beginning of next school year is providing my students with a calming corner that can help them with their sensory needs. Sometimes my classroom can get noisy so it is important that students have a place they can get away from the business and decompress. My other focus for next school year is encouraging students to participate in dramatic play with one another. Through the use of dress up and play sets students can practice their communication skills with their peers and build confidence!
