Creative Connections: Friendship Bracelets & Coloring for Mental Well-Being

Help me give my students the materials they need to make friendship bracelets and enjoy relaxing coloring activities during Panther Pause, so they can unwind, connect, and support their mental well-being.

My Project

At CMS, we know how important it is for students to have a space to relax and connect, especially during stressful times. After the success of our friendship bracelet project, we're excited to expand it with more materials where students can continue making bracelets, with beads and string, and enjoy calming coloring activities during Panther Pause.

This project will give students the chance to create unique bracelets and unwind with stress-relieving coloring.

Both activities help students relax, express themselves, and build connections with their peers in a peaceful, creative space.

Bracelet-making and coloring are fun, simple ways for students to bond and build friendships. Crafting and coloring are proven to reduce stress and improve mood, helping students manage their emotions in a positive way. Students will get to express themselves and feel proud of their creative work. This project provides students with a quiet, supportive space where they can take a break, talk with friends, and focus on their well-being.

By offering a space for students to create and connect, we’re giving them a chance to take a break from the daily pressures of school. This project will help students build social skills, support their mental health, and feel more connected to their peers. Your donation will help make Panther Pause a place where students can relax, create, and grow together.
