My Project
My Pre-K and Kindergarten students are natural artists and explorers who learn best when they can touch, create, and discover with their hands. They light up when they get to paint, craft, and make something beautiful. I've discovered that this same excitement can fuel their journey to becoming confident readers.
What I love about my students is that hey approach every activity with wonder and enthusiasm.
Whether they're carefully tracing a letter or experimenting with colors, they put their whole hearts into learning. These little learners crave hands-on experiences and beam with pride when they create something they can share with others.
How each resource will transform their learning:
The Lace-A-Word Beads will turn alphabet practice into a tactile art project, helping my students feel letter shapes while creating colorful letter sequences they can wear or display.
The Dot Art Painters (both regular and brilliant sets) will make letter formation magical. Students will dot their way through alphabet practice, creating beautiful letter art while developing proper letter formation and hand strength.
Watercolor Paint Trays will bring story illustrations to life as students paint pictures of vocabulary words, making abstract concepts concrete and memorable through art.
When my students combine creativity with learning, magic happens. They don't just memorize letters - they experience them, create with them, and make them their own. This art-integrated approach helps every child find their path to reading success, whether they're visual learners, kinesthetic learners, or simply kids who need to see that learning can be joyful and beautiful.
These materials will transform our classroom into a place where every child can be both an artist and a reader, where creativity and literacy dance together, and where the journey to reading feels like the adventure it should be.
