My students need 12 math manipulatives such as number stamps, practice cards, markers, puzzles, and books.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Farr's classroom raised $318
This project is fully funded
One word to describe my students in math is curious. My students have a love for math that I have not seen in several years.
The math manipulatives I have in my classroom are outdated and not as interesting as we would like to keep the children interested in them. Supply money for our school is tight and with our school being in a poverty stricken area with 70% of our children on free or reduced lunches, it does not allow for extra money to be spent to keep them involved in the wonderful world of math.
The resources we need are many variety of manipulatives, games to encourage counting skills, and activities to help them develop correct number formation.
You will make it possible for my students to develop a love for numbers and counting. They will be the math leaders of tomorrow and with your help, we can get them to develop a true understand of the "why" in math.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
