My Students
I teach Kindergarten readers, writers, mathematicians and creative thinkers! Some of my learners come from low income households with limited resources. I would love to provide my students with the necessary resources and tools to support their learning and to make learning fun and engaging!

My Project
An abundance of leveled texts can help my students develop their reading skills. These guided reading texts come in large sets with multiple copies of the same text. This will allow me to provide my students with new and interesting books in our guided reading session. During guided reading, a small group of students and I work together to read through a text and to understand the story. These large sets include interesting topics that will surely engage my students. In addition, these texts will challenge my students literacy skills, such as decoding and stretching out their words, and push them to grow into LIFELONG READERS!
