Creating Diverse Music Resources That Represents Every Child

Help me give my students exciting, new, diverse classroom resources through the use of laminating pouches, a paper cutter, and a TpT gift card.

My Project

I teach music to over 1,200 diverse learners in PreK through 5th grade. My students love using our learning center materials, which I design to meet them where they are on their musical journey.

This project will help me create durable and culturally inclusive music materials that reflect and respect the diverse identities of my students.

Because I teach across multiple rooms and buildings, I laminate everything to ensure it lasts—and can be cleaned and sanitized easily with Clorox wipes, which helps reassure families concerned about germs.

I’m requesting a heavy-duty paper cutter that can handle laminated materials, saving hours per activity compared to cutting these same items out by hand with scissors. I also need laminating pouches, as well as a TpT gift card to purchase diverse clip art for my custom-made activities.

With your support, I can continue building high-quality, representative resources that help every student feel seen, valued, and inspired.
