This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The students at our school are curious, energetic, enthusiastic and ready to take on whatever challenge they are faced with. They are brave, resilient and determined to conquer whatever comes their way. Excited to be back in the building, they are ready to start reading!

My Project

Helping my students get their hands on new shiny leveled books will help make them feel confident and allow them to become truly engaged in reading. A leveled library housing a variety of different leveled texts and titles will promote excitement among my readers and motivate them to want to read. A breath of fresh air in my library is sure to get my students excited about reading and happy to check out new books. Bringing the love of reading back into my library is the goal. The students deserve new books!
