This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My school reaches a diverse group of students coming from countless backgrounds and home situations. I want to continue to use my library space as a place for them to gather, feel safe, and create positive experiences. I have found that activities like puzzles, group coloring projects, and hands-on crafts are a great way to bring students together to work towards a common goal and enjoy each others company. The puzzle table would be the perfect addition to our space and give the puzzles and projects a designated area to serve the students.
