Creating a Successful Class Culture

Help me give my students essential classroom materials that will contribute to their classroom success and our overall class environment.

FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Ford's classroom raised $265

My Project

Teaching students in an underserved, underrepresented community means that there is a huge lack of the resources and materials that my students really need in order to succeed, mostly due to funding. Often times, us teacher try our best to provide as many resources as we can, and to supplement the ones that we cannot.

The beginning of the school year is the time that I can discover and target my students struggle areas, so that by the end of the school year their skills are stronger and they are better prepared for the next grade.

Having second graders that are struggling readers and counters, makes it imperative for me to obtain resources that target those foundational skills.

These I plan to use these items to not only contribute to the overall culture and environment in my classroom, but to also fill in my students academic gaps so that they can be better learners. With your help this is possible!

Thank you in advance!
