This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Small group instruction also allows me to collaborate with students and help them discover the best way to learn. It gives me an opportunity to work with students who need a little extra support. But most importantly, small group instruction helps students gain confidence and establish a growth mindset This is important for improving academic achievement. My hope is for them to gain the knowledge they need to be successful. I have many levels of learning in my class. I love to use small group time to have students practice what they are learning. Huge part of small group instruction is resources to fit the needs for all my students. Finding resources can be a challenge but having resources at my finger tips gives me the opportunity to focus on student instruction.
