This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The Dance Team at our school is up and running for the first time after COVID-19. This team is the only chance some of them have to learn the art of dance. We were able to acquire costumes and dance shoes through Material for the Arts to ensure that every performance can be successful. My students make me excited to show up to work, and I hope to be a positive influence on them daily.
Knowing that we could organize our materials in our Dance room would just be perfect!
