Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are a diverse group of English Language Learners who bring unique backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives into the classroom. They are eager to learn, kind-hearted, and always support one another. The bean bags, rugs, table , and chairs included in this project will help transform a corner of our classroom into a comfortable, inviting learning space where students can read, collaborate, and reflect.
Creating this cozy area will support my goal of building a nurturing environment where students feel safe, focused, and ready to engage.
This space will give them a sense of ownership and calm something especially meaningful for students navigating the challenges of learning in a new language.
