Help me give my students a culturally responsive library! I want to ensure that all students are represented and can learn about important topics in the classroom as well as learning about those around them. Thank you!

My Project
I am working to create a library full of culturally responsive math, social studies, science, and social-emotional learning (SEL) books. I plan on using these books to motivate and encourage my students in the classroom and help them relate what they are learning in school to real-world topics. My goal for this project is to give students access to as many materials as possible to make themselves better learners and leaders. Every student deserves readily available resources and to be represented throughout their classroom.
Your donation will make for a friendly and inclusive environment for my students; I hope to spread the love and build community through my classroom library but that can only be done with the help from our community outside of school!
I aim to have each student find themselves and their friends represented in the classroom. Being able to learn about those in your past, present, and future will build self-esteem and create more drive and motivation for learning. I hope you consider building a culturally responsive community!
