Creating a Classroom of Care

Help me give my students supplies to make leaning the best it can be! We need items to make learning literacy and math engaging in multiple way: at our desks, in small groups or on the floor.

My Project

Students love to learn throughout the classroom. Having clipboards to work on the floor and storage areas in every corner help foster group learning that is vital for academic growth! Dry erase boards are used daily to show thinking: writing words, solving math problems and drawing science concepts.

Students enjoy learning when their classroom environment is calm, inspiring and fosters their interests.

Creating learning spaces around the room will foster peer relationships by promoting communication, teamwork and sharing. I have included board games for indoor recess or choice time, as these help with social emotional development. The items requested will be used primarily for literacy and math.
