This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have learned that students will thrive in an environment that sets them up for success. If my classroom is messy, with materials everywhere, and no routines then their learning will be the same. Their brains will be messy, thoughts everywhere, and lack structure. Having a room that has the materials needed to create the best learning environment, including organizer carts and headphones, will allow students to push past their potential. They no longer have to worry about where their materials go and can focus on their learning through the routines that will be created.
