I work with incredibly talented and creative kids. They come from very diverse backgrounds but find camaraderie in their love of creating. Last year was my first year at NES but it was one of my favorite. The love for learning was contagious. I want to encourage critical thinkers that don’t give up easily on a task, just because it doesn’t work the first time. We use our STEAM MakerSpace in K-2 enrichment and 3-6 pullout weekly. They build and create towers, bridges, artwork, props for the green screen stories they have written, and so much more.
By donating to our project, you will allow them to be intensely curious and ask sharp questions to improve and increase creativity, which will ultimately help to increase their personal growth in all areas of life.
