My Students
My students are fun, energetic, and creative students that love to be in the elective classes I teach. What makes my students special is that they choose to engage in interactive classroom situations. They show up each day with positive attitudes that make my job such a blessing! Facilitating Teen Leaders is my favorite part of my career. They can move mountains! Or at least a lot of dirt on campus to turn an area on our campus into Leadership Square. A once eye sore, now a creative, beautiful, safe area with multiple areas for students to hang out.
My Project
In a regular education classroom, turned into a FACTS class, one must be creative in using every space and keeping the class organized. My students love to use supplies and get their hands involved but when it comes to putting supplies up in an overcrowded cabinet things don't stay organized and finding that one needed item can get tricky.
After researching ideas, a pegboard wall will be the perfect solution.
We can stay organized while looking trending and creative. I am excited to have students help me set up the wall and put items where will be best displayed and stored for easy use and better yet easy cleanup!
