This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love how creative, curious, and kind my students are. They come to school excited to learn and express themselves, and they shine the brightest when they can work with their hands and bring their ideas to life. My students really enjoy hands-on activities. I truly believe that with the Cricut I will be able to enhance student engagement through different activities. What makes my students special is their determination and joy for learning—even when faced with challenges, they give their best and lift each other up.

With a Cricut Maker 4+, I can create classroom materials that make learning more engaging, personalized, and meaningful for every student.

My goal is to use this tool to design interactive anchor charts, hands-on materials, reading and writing games, and visual aids that support all learning styles. I also want to use the Cricut to make special gifts like bookmarks, stickers, and personalized items to reward effort and celebrate student growth.

This project will allow me to give my students the kind of learning environment that fuels their imagination and helps them feel seen, supported, and proud of their work in order for them to be able to reach the high expectations set for them. It’s more than just a machine—it’s a way to inspire creativity, confidence, and a love of learning in our classroom every single day.
