Crazy for Chromebooks

My students need a chromebook for STMath and other online interactions.

My Students

My classroom consists of 27 third grade general education students who are eager to learn using technology.

My students are fun loving, energetic 8-10 year olds.

They enjoy accessing technology to enhance their learning across the curriculum. Our school is a K-8 grade school that emphasizes collaboration and integration of technology so that our students are prepared to be career or college ready.

My Project

Currently our students have access to a limited number of older desk top computers. These dinosaurs are shared between three classrooms. Having access to a chromebook will allow the students in my class to apply skills they learn in the school's computer lab in our own classroom.

Students in my classroom will have instant access to updated technology.

They will be able to practice using the exact technology that they will be using to take their state tests. This equipment motivates and inspires students to engage in learning and become proficient in 21 century skills. If we are fortunate enough to fulfill this grant, you may chose to select a gift card donation that could be applied to future chromebook grants.
