My Project
A group of my transition students are learning independent living skills, such as sewing. We have one machine, but we could sure use another. This one is a combined sewing/quilting machine. We could learn a lot more with this machine. Maybe we could make baby blankets.
We have made journal covers, zipper bags, tote bags, and other small items with our sewing machine.
We recently had hoped for an embroidery machine, but we never gained enough funds. This time we are asking for just a little in hopes that we will get the thread and machine we need.
