My Students

"My students are my passion!" As a mom myself, I do my best to not only reach my students academically but to provide them with the social setting they need to be within a classroom that supports them as people. They are all my kids not just in school but out of school, too!

My 4th graders are ready to become passionate learners and I want to be able to support their curiosity and provide them with learning that sparks their imaginations!

Having taught middle school for 4 years before now teaching 4th grade, I really am connecting the dots to so many of the gaps my older kids had and I want to make the 4th grade an exciting time to explore books and creativity! …to explore numbers in more colorful ways. I am excited for what's to come. Thank you all in advance for your support in helping me become a better and more engaging teacher.

My Project

This project is for classroom materials that I can use to make fun and engaging learning charts. This project will also help me to get materials for my classroom that will allow me to decorate and personalize items for the students.

Using these materials will enhance my students' engagement in the classroom as they will feel even more supported by the various learning posters that I can make.

For example, in math the students benefit from having posters that show the skills they are learning, and having them in color would make it even more easy for them to see steps of how to solve.

I am really looking forward to becoming a more crafty teacher that can use these materials to only make learning more fun!
