This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love a great art project. I teach art to all 3 kindergarten classrooms. Making projects the kids can use can be a very special experience. Designing items the kids can use promotes individuality, builds self-esteem, and creativity.

I am asking for make your own mugs kits.

These make a great DYI gift the children can make. We can use this for Christmas, Mother's Day, or Valentine's Day. The children LOVE making items that people can use. I think it boosts their self-esteem when they see a loved one using something they made.

I think painting your own piggy bank will be an exciting way to integrate math and art.

I am also requesting brads. These are great to make world family wheels and add movements to other crafts.
