This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Every classroom should have a unifying idea and with the use of a Cricut machine, I can personalize our space for every holiday including the Lunar New Year.
A Cricut will allow my class to use our creative minds and make personalized crafts that go along with our writing and our STEAM learning.
The machine will allow for us to make crafts and projects like never before. We will be able to bring the Lunar New Year to life. I will also be able to produce age-appropriate materials for use in classroom instruction. A machine like the Cricut will enable me to differentiate materials, allowing students to easily identify supplies.
Additionally, my learners will be given opportunities to create school shirts for trips, costumes for biannual shows, role playing dress-up costumes and so much more!
With this cool device, my students will take ownership of their classroom, its contents, and their learning. I am excited to witness this experience!
