My Project

This project will provide many students different options to help them deal with stress.

Finding new activities they enjoy and can continue to focus on will help them better grow and be able to deal with stress and frustration in their futures.

Most students are aware how to take time to breathe and relax to help them. But some are searching for other ways they can take their minds off a stress for a few minutes during the day. These needlepoint and craft items would give them many options for stress relief and also have a product to share with others when they are done.
