Help me give my students craft materials (yarn, fabric, hoops, and needles) to learn how to cross stitch/embroider, knit, and crochet so that students will learn new skills and share these gifts with families, friends, and the community.

My Project
My students love to create projects aligned to their learning goals. These craft materials will allow students to learn specific sewing skills during their WIT (Whatever It Takes) time.
By donating to this project, you will encourage students to deepen their learning as they gain new, enjoyable, and useful crafting skills to share with others.
A lovely community volunteer will teach students how to knit baby hats and booties to donate to our local hospital. Another teacher will demonstrate how to crochet animal characters to correspond with literary characters that students study. I will show students how to cross-stitch and embroider. We will use that skill to create crafts related to topics of interest and learning such as plants and animals.
Crafting these connections will encourage students to use their newfound skills to enhance their learning and share their gifts with others.
