My Project
My third graders are natural builders, full of creativity, curiosity, and clever ideas. Whether they’re sketching imaginative inventions or dreaming up new structures, their minds are always building—now they just need the tools to match their big ideas!
Right now, our classroom is filled with imagination, but not with the hands-on materials to bring those ideas to life.
That’s where the Chomp Saw comes in. It’s a kid-powered tool that lets students safely cut through wood and cardboard for classroom projects—something most of my students wouldn’t have access to at home. This tool will transform how they think, design, and create.
With the Chomp Saw, my students can:
Plan and build models using real materials.
Practice real-world problem-solving and design thinking.
Experience the excitement of making something from start to finish, something they can hold in their hands and say, “I built this!”
We don’t have after-school clubs or a makerspace unless we’re able to fund it through grants like this one. That’s why your support means so much. You’re helping kids who already want to build finally get the chance to do it for real—with the tools and encouragement to match their dreams.
Every cut, every design, every finished project will be powered by joy, creativity, and your generosity.
