My Project

The selected supplies, particularly the Cricut Maker and associated materials, are designed to foster creativity and hands-on learning experiences for my students. The privacy screens will create a conducive learning environment, allowing for focused work during crafting and other activities. The classroom headphones will help minimize distractions and improve concentration, particularly for students with special needs.

Benefits to Students:

Enhanced Engagement: The Cricut Maker allows students to engage in creative projects that can help them express themselves and build confidence.

Skill Development: Students will learn various skills, including design, crafting, and technology use, which are valuable in today’s world.

Sensory Learning: The use of different materials and tools can cater to various learning styles and sensory preferences, especially for students with special needs.

Planned Activities:

Creative Projects: Students will create personalized items such as T-shirts, tote bags, and art pieces, which can be used for school events or as gifts.

Collaborative Learning: Group projects will promote teamwork and communication skills as students collaborate on crafting ideas.

Thematic Units: We can incorporate crafting into thematic lessons, such as making decorations for school events or creating educational materials related to classroom subjects.

Improving Learning:

The hands-on experience of using the Cricut and other supplies will enhance students’ understanding of design and creativity, making learning more interactive and enjoyable. This project will not only improve their crafting skills but also boost their overall confidence and motivation in the classroom.
