This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

For this proposal, I am requesting ribbons, lace, doilies, and other printmaking tools to add to our tools in the art room. My students enjoy many different art and crafting techniques during their time in the art room. Many come during lunchtime and after school hours to have time to create, enjoy, and have fun. They are discovering printmaking and crafting as a means for joy and calmness. I work hard to create an art environment that is open and welcoming for free creative flow. These tools will add to the overall access and inspiration to art making.
