My Project
I am requesting funds for a new American Heart CPR training kit. As the Health Coordinator with a Head Start Preschool, it is essential all of our staff are certified in CPR and AED. By becoming an instructor, I will strengthen my emergency response, and my staff will be proficient in CPR and AED.
The process of obtaining and maintaining my certification as a CPR instructor will keep my up to date on the latest life-saving techniques and ensure my staff are always certified.
The purchase of the new training kit will allow me to certify more staff in the training. The kits will also be the most updated equipment, so I can train my staff effectively.
The most important part of this proposal will be allowing my staff to feel confident in emergencies. When all my staff are trained to handle emergencies, our school will be safer. It will also create a positive work environment, enhance morale and loyalty.
