This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach a wonderful class of hardworking and creative 3rd graders who do their best in a safe, welcoming, and organized space. Many come from low-income homes and face a magnitude of issues on a daily. My students are my BABIES and some of them are dealing with trauma but still come to school daily and give me 100%. Our classroom is like a second home and I want them to be able to learn and thrive in a safe and cozy environment.

This project will help make our room more comfortable and useful.

With sturdy storage options, I can keep learning materials neat and accessible, making it easier for students to stay focused and take pride in their classroom. These resources may seem simple, but they make a big impact on our daily routines and overall learning atmosphere. Your support will help us create a space where students feel calm, cared for, and ready to learn every day.
