Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My Pre-K classroom is filled with curious, energetic, and imaginative 4- and 5-year-olds. Many of my students come from diverse backgrounds, and for some, our classroom is one of their first introductions to a world of books and learning.
A collection of books focusing on emotions, social skills, and self-awareness, such as "Ruby finds a worry" and "Ravi's Roar" These books will help children understand and identify the feelings they have in their bodies.
The cushion pillows will provide them a warm and comfortable environment for them to read. Lastly, the canopy will create a sense of wonder and provide a quiet, comforting space for students to immerse themselves in stories. Thank you Donors Choose!
