Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Flexible classrooms give students a choice in what kind of learning space works best for them. It also helps children to work collaboratively, communicate, and engage in critical thinking. The rugs, lamps, and seating options will provide this environment for my little scientists!
The eco-biosphere plant dome and plant lab will help students learn about plant life and enhance the cozy science lab.
Plant life cycles are an important part of grade 3 science standards and these materials will provide hands-on opportunities for my students to engage with plant life.
