This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would love to furnish our cozy corner that is in need of some TLC. This is my first year with my school and I will be in a bilingual classroom. As excited as I am, my cozy corner needs help. This is always a highly used area and I want to make it comfortable for my students with items like rugs, bean bag chair filler, laminating pouches, and a floor sweeper.

Every donation is going to help me be able to furnish and make use of that area in a way that will be beneficial for not only my incoming students but all of my preschoolers to come.

My goal is to post up visuals and purchase resources from TPT. I found a social emotional curriculum that I would like to use in my room in order to build fluency in expressing their feelings. I’m excited for what’s to come from my preschoolers who I know are capable of learning beneficial skills that they will carry with them always.
