This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are bright, curious, and full of energy. Every day, they walk into our classroom ready to learn, explore, and grow. Many of them come from diverse backgrounds and face challenges outside of school, but once they step into our classroom, I want them to feel safe, welcomed, and inspired. Our learning environment plays a huge role in helping them feel comfortable and confident, and that’s why I’m reaching out for your support.
This project will help me transform our classroom into a more inviting, organized, and hygienic space by adding new rugs, updated decor, and a vacuum to help keep our space tidy!
Students spend a lot of time sitting on the floor during group activities, reading time, and hands-on lessons, and they deserve a clean, cozy surface where they can focus without distraction.
