Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our fourth grade students need a cozy carpet to gather for group and independent work as well as a document camera for better viewing during lessons. A document camera allows for projection onto a larger screen so that all students can easily see to facilitate learning. A clean, attractive carpet also motivates learners to participate and sit as a classroom community.

Our students need motivational supplies to help them regulate emotionally and learn to channel their positive energy.

Learning ways to regulate their emotions will help them socially as well as being able to focus academically. When students are happy in class they can focus on learning and feel that they have a safe environment in school.
