Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting a variety of social-emotional learning (SEL) tools and resources to support my students’ emotional well-being.
Over the past two years, I’ve seen a noticeable decline in students’ ability to manage emotions, resolve conflicts, and cope with stress.
Many struggle with anxiety, frustration, and self-regulation. A calming corner and SEL tools will give them healthy, constructive outlets to process emotions and build vital coping skills. These resources are essential for helping students develop emotional intelligence, resilience, and a strong foundation for lifelong mental health. I can't wait to help make our youth stronger!
