This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love my students. They are learning everyday and I see the need for them to have a nice cozy calming area. Our classrooms would benefit from a soft calming area. I see how my students find quiet areas all around the room and enjoy time by themselves. Students range from 3 to 4 years old and enjoy every bit of our classroom areas. We are currently missing a quiet area but with help we would achieve our goal to provide this area.
Your donation would help our students have a comforting area to relieve simple learning hurdles.
My plan to introduce a calming area would be rewarding and beneficial to all students for reading, social emotional, and self expression.
