My Students
My students are energetic and eager to learn! They make coming to work every day worth it! Fifth graders want to know everything and have lots of questions. They are willing to search out their answers and explore new things.
Fifth grade is all about discovering new ideas and being willing to venture into the unknown.
It's important for me to create an atmosphere where students love to come and learn to love learning. My students always come to school with a smile!
My Project
COVID happens. But that doesn't mean learning should stop being fun. My students have been troopers so far with mask-wearing and hand washing. We try our very best to follow guidelines but sometimes students need to have fun. Having an outdoor game and alternative seating can help take their minds off what is going on around them. By providing a TPT gift card I am able to find a fun curriculum that keeps them engaged as well as strengthens their academics. Having individual dice also helps with fun math games and less sharing.
