Help me give my students the gift of books to explain our complex world today. These books will provide my students with kid friendly language to explain COVID-19 requirements in public place. Also, teach them diversity/equity!
In our recent world events, it has left adults scrambling to make sense of our new world and how to navigate these ever changing circumstances. The 250 at-risk students at my school are no different. Books help explain the world to children in kid-friendly language.
My Project
These materials will be utilized by all students at my school! I will be creating a COVID-19 Resource Cart and a Diversity Library for all teachers and staff to use.
