My Project
Currently working at an inner-city school my students are stuck with the basic textbook resources that cover a broad variety of topics. I love that my students are hardworking and motivated to quench their thirst for education. My students never give up no matter how challenging the situation is. Which inspires me as a new educator to explore different resources and opportunities to help them reach their goal. However, the current resources are not tailored to specific instruction or standards. This hinders the think pattern of the students. Having the autonomy to engage students with various resources promotes critical thinking while applying real world application.
Pushing forward as a young innovative educator, with this laptop my students will receive individualized resources geared to meeting them at their needs, providing remediation or enrichment.
These students will have the opportunity to engage with appropriate. Teacher made lessons and activities, that caters to all areas of opportunity or advancement.
