Butler Schools is proud to have a courtyard that grades 6 - 12 walkthrough! We serve a large group, as we recently had sixth grade move over to our main building! I am requesting umbrellas that would help students have a place to go outside and eat or work comfortably!
We desperately need a common area where students can go and relax- and that area is our courtyard!
Since it is outside, having umbrellas would really help. We have nice tables in the area, but it gets very hot and sunny on some days - and umbrellas would make all the difference!
It is important to me for kids to get outside a little bit - at lunch, as a class, and just in general. Umbrellas would help students be more comfortable so they could soak up their vitamin D! Additionally, many students go outside to eat and socialize - having umbrellas would encourage this. Thank you!
