My Project

Our class is asking for multiple options of counters for our classroom. These counters will be used in so many ways! In Kindergarten, we begin addition and subtraction which can be a very difficult skill. With these counters we will be able to see the problem and manipulate it to find answers. The counters will also be used for making patterns, counting, and for imaginative play!

Addition and subtraction are both hard skills.

I plan to use these counters on a daily basis during our math time to help my Kinders master these two skills!

I have some of the most driven Kindergarten students that I have ever had the privilege of teaching! They work so hard every day and want to grow in their math skills. They are always ready for the math portion of our day!
