This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Every day, my students start off in our gathering circle. After they take care of "housekeeping," we come together to discuss what we will be learning about today. They can't wait to start the fun learning. This is our motto: Listen, Think, and Try!

My students come from a variety of backgrounds.

They range from students who are learning the English language (ELL/ESL students) to ones who are special education students and everyone in between. The community is very supportive of our school, and we try to meet the needs of all our students.

My Project

My students will be doing an ABC countdown to review what we have learned and celebrate our time together. The materials in this project are iron on transfers for their autograph t-shirts they will be bringing in. The modeling clay will be for the letter M and they will be able to create a sculpture of their own that we can later paint.

Modeling clay and iron on transfers will help with our month long ABC countdown to the end of the year!
