Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I work with students from grades K-6 who all have many different needs. Our counselors work with teachers to help students have the tools that they need to learn. This can include breaks, learning tools and fidgets, and small group lessons.
All of these tools in this project will be used by my students.
Students will use the bands in their classrooms to help them with their movement needs. The timers will help students who need breaks to have a visual to help them focus. The cushions will be used by students during small groups.
